Kimberlee (Kim) Aiello
Colonel (R) Kim Aiello hails from Rhode Island and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Medical Service Corps through Northeastern University ROTC program as Distinguished Military Graduate. After serving for 28 years, she transitioned to Colorado and began her next career as the Vice President, Federal Market Solutions and Grouper Applications, 3M Health Information Systems. Here she also serves as the 3M Military Support Network Executive Sponsor for the Employer of Choice for Military, Veterans and Spouses.

She most recently served as Commander, 44th Medical Brigade, Fort Bragg, NC where she deployed in support of the COVID-19 response to FEMA Regions I-IV/VI and led the Javits NY Medical Station DoD mission.
Colonel Aiello’s awards include the Legion of Merit (2OLC), Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal (1 OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (4OLC), Joint Army Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (5 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (4 OLC), Meritorious Unit Citation, National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the Expert Field Medical Badge, the Parachutist Badge, and the German Parachutist Badge.
COL Aiello is a recipient of the Order of Military Medical Merit and the AMEDD’s 9A Proficiency Designator and is a Fellow ACHE. She is a graduate of the AMEDD Basic Course, Combined Logistics Officer Advanced Course, Command and General Staff College, and Air War College. She has a Master of Healthcare Administration from Baylor University where she earned the Boone Powell Research Award and a Master of Strategic Studies from Air War College. Colonel Aiello is married to Colonel (R) Larry Aiello. They have two children, Nicholas and Hannah Rose and their dogs Bailey and Cooper.
